Plaintiff was placed in a van and taken to a precinct. Plaintiff was arrested, not advised of the charges against him, and not read his \"Miranda Rights\". While at the PSA 7th Precinct, plaintiff remained in handcuffs for a long and unreasonable period of time. Plaintiff was not questioned, nor was ever told why he was being arrested. Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking and seen by a judge. Plaintiff was not prosecuted by the Bronx DA, as prosecution was declined.
