Plaintiff was then charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree, criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, possession of pistol ammunition, and unlawful possession of marijuana, despite Plaintiff having no guns or drugs int he studio. While in custody, Plaintiff was strip searched.
