Defendants put tight handcuffs on Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff injury to his hands, and when Plaintiff asked to loosen the handcuffs the Defendants refused and arrested him and took him to the 81st precinct where he was held for 12 hours in unlawful custody. Plaintiff was then taken to to Brooklyn County Central Booking and put in a holding cell where Plaintiff felt dizzy and fainted because he is a diabetic. Plaintiff was taken to NYU medical center for treatment and was released from NYU on August 19, 2017 and taken back to the Brooklyn Central Booking. Defendants falsely told the District Attorney's office that Plaintiff was loitering in a public place for the purpose of gambling. Plaintiff after being unlawfully detained fro 24 hours was arraigned on August 19, 2017 at approximatley 2 pm in Kings County Criminal Court and charged with lotiering. On February 16, 2018 all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed and sealed in their entirety. Some police officers did nothing to prevent the unjustifiable stop, question, frisk, imprisonment etc against plaintiff.
