The paint caused Plaintiff to fall to the ground where NYPD Officers Oviedo, Faello, Taylor, Ehrenkrantz, and Perez began kicking and punching Plaintiff. Plaintiff was dragged across the ground to a police van. Officer Faello approved of the officers' actions despite there being no probable cause for the arrest. Plaintiff was searched and no contraband was found. Plaintiff asked the officers to request medical attention for his injuries and to loosen his handcuffs but was denied. At the precinct, Plaintiff was thrown against the wall before being placed in a cell. Plaintiff asked the officers to loosen his handcuffs but the officers instead tightened the handcuffs. Plaintiff begged for a doctor but was not provided medical attention for another 2-3 hours. \n\nOfficer Oviedo reviewed and signed a criminal court complaint containing allegations he knew to be false.
