Plaintiff ended up pinned to a fence when defendant Officer Torres sprayed mace in plaintiffs face and used his free hand to rub the mace into plaintiff’s nose, mouth, and eyes. Other officers arrived on the scene, and plaintiff was thrown to the ground and suffered more blows before being handcuffed and taken into custody. While walking to the police vehcile handcuffed, Defendant Officer Sanchez punched plaintiff in his face. \n\nUpon arriving at the 41st Precinct, plaintiff requested medical attention as he was having difficulty breathing and sustained injuries. Plaintiff waited approximately an hour and a half for medical attention. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital where he was given medication for swelling and pain.
