Defendants entered Thomas's bedroom, pointed firearms at her, and commanded her not to move. Defendants then placed Plaintiff Thomas in excessively tight handcuffs and moved her into her sister's bedroom. Defendant Bridgett Penner/Jane Doe officer arrived a few minutes later and searched Plaintiff Thomas in view of her family members and a male police officer. Defendant Penner denied Plaintiff Thomas's request to put on clothes, and Defendant Penner's search including touching between Plaintiff's Thomas's thighs and her vagina. Plaintiff Miller was also present in the apartment visiting her boyfriend Ira Thomas and was in bed wearing nothing. A male officer removed the blanket off of Plaintiff Miller and denied Plaintiff Miller's request to put on clothes and pulled down the blanket Miller used to cover herself.  About four or five officers observed Plaintiff Miller naked. Plaintiff Miller was placed in handcuffs, and Defendant Bridgett Penner/Jane Doe searched Plaintiff Miller, including penetrating Miller's vagina with the officer's fingers.  Defendants searched the apartment while Plaintiff were detained for about four hours. During the search, Defendants damaged and/or destroyed Plaintiffs' property. Defendants never presented a warrant nor stated exactly why they were searching the apartment or what they were looking for. Defendants did not find drugs, guns, or any other contraband in the apartment with the exception of marijuana in possession of a non-party to this matter.
