The officers proceeded to illegally search the Plaintiff's mother's bedroom. \n\nThe plaintiff was never presented with a search or arrest warrant and was forcibly removed against his will by officers to the 79th precinct where he was processed. The plaintiff was then forcibly transferred to the 81st precinct where officers Delman, Martinez, Craig, Cuoco, Isabelle, Patel, Albarracin, Perico, Feeley, Gale, Abrams, Garcia, Seery, Valentin, Barry, Malone, Boehm, and Fagan engaged in illicit interrogation tactics.
