The second incident occurred about two months later where Plaintiff was sitting in his parked car. Plaintiff drove off and was followed by an unmarked police car and was then told to pull over. Defendant Officers claimed that he had not used his turning signal and that is why they stopped him. Defendant Officers then asked Plaintiff to provide license and registration and step out of the vehicle to which Plaintiff complied. Plaintiff was then pushed against his car and patted down and was arrested and taken to the 73rd precinct. All charges against Plaintiff were dismissed. The third incident occurred when Plaintiff had stopped in front of his friend's house to drop her off. An unmarked police vehicle pulled up behind Plaintiff's car and  then Defendant Officer forcefully grabbed Plaintiff out of the vehicle. Plaintiff's female friend was recording the incident with her phone when Defendant Officer told her she had to delete the video otherwise Plaintiff would be taken into custody. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested and one of the Defendant Officers kicked Plaintiff in the leg causing him to fall. Plaintiff was taken to the 73rd Precinct and later a hospital. Plaintiff was charged with marijuana possession, possession of a weapon, and a warrant charge.
