The transit agent allowed plaintiff onto the platform where he was approached by defendants Officer Sheng and Officer Singh who forcibly stopped him without showing any form of identification. The defendants questioned plaintiff about his destination. Plaintiff responded that he was on his way to the gym. Defendants grabbed plaintiff and pushed him into the Emergency Gate and then pulled plaintiff's left arm behind him and forced him onto one knee, causing plaintiff to break his fall with his right hand. Plaintiff cried out in pain and defendant Sheng stepped on his right hand. Defendants then arrested plaintiff, searched him and found no contraband, and drove him to the local precinct where he was processed. Plaintiff was denied medical attention when requested, and later required surgery to repair a fractured bone in his hand. Later that evening, plaintiff was arraigned, charged with assault, theft of services and resisting arrest. Plaintiff pled guilty to resisting arrest.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=MMcVy9Aog4NKDSDaUVnrIA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"id":"FDB5","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/FDB5"}
