Plaintiffs were stopped, pulled over, and arrested without cause by Defendant Police Officers. Following the arrest, Defendant Police Officers detained Plaintiff McGregor for approximately six hours. Following approximately three appearances in court, all charges against Plaintiff McGregor were dismissed. Defendant Police Officers later detained Plaintiff Stoeckley for approximately thirty hours. Following multiple appearances in New York traffic, summons, and criminal court, all charges against Plaintiff Stoeckley were dismissed. Defendant PO Vincent Boccio later offered false information to Plaintiff Stoeckley in regard to the location of his truck following his arrest.
