The Plaintiff pleas to have the cuffs loosened were denied, resulting in cuts to his wrists and hands required four stitches at hospital. The Plaintiff was transported to the local precinct and processed for criminal offences. \nDefendant Rivera signed the criminal complaint against the Plaintiff in which he knowingly affirmed the truth of fabricated allegations against the Plaintiff.
