The POs transported Plaintiff to the precinct and then Rikers Island, where he suffered strip searches, assaults, and batteries. He was detained until May 28, 2020, due to a parole hold, and he was then transferred to another detention facility. While Plaintiff was prosecuted, the POs presented a \"doctored\" photo of Plaintiff in an attempt to justify their arrest, and they suppressed exculpatory evidence, including their body cam recordings.
