Plaintiff Matthew Rios were present at the site of the search when he was arrested and wrongfully imprisoned without probable cause, where they were caused to sustain physical, mental, and emotional injuries. \n\nPlaintiffs Edna Maldonado and Michael Maldonado were not present in the premises and arrested after the search. On April 30, 2014, all charges against Plaintiff Edna Maldonado were dismissed. Because of the aforementioned actions, she suffered emotional pain, shock, and mental anguish as well as from damages to her reputation. Additionally, during execution of the warrant her property was destroyed, and she was otherwise financially damaged. On June 17, 2014, all charges against Plaintiff Michael Maldonado were dismissed.
