POs violently slammed Plaintiff to the ground despite Plaintiff's non-violent behavior and shot him with a taser that caused thousands of volts of electricity to be channeled by Plaintiff's nervous system. POs then contorted Plaintiff's arms and affixed excessively-tight handcuffs to him, causing bruising and swelling. Plaintiff's request for the handcuffs to be loosened was ignored. \n\nPlaintiff was take to the 67th Precinct for criminal processing before being taken to the hospital for treatment of the injuries inflicted on him. While Plaintiff was in police custody, PO Jimenez signed a criminal court complaint containing fabrications and knowing Plaintiff was innocent in order to initiate a malicious prosecution. Plaintiff was in police custody for approximately 2 days.
