Once transported to an NYPD precinct, plaintiff was escorted to a room and ordered to remove all of his clothes. Although the plaintiff protested, the defendant officers grabbed him and slammed him on the floor, forcefully removing his pants and underwear and then proceeded to use their gloved hands to spread plaintiff's buttocks and search his rectal area. Although no contraband was found on the plaintiff, shackles and handcuffs were placed on him and he was imprisoned within a cell for approximately three to four hours until he was released without being charged of any crimes or offenses. Incident 2: Defendants Castillo and Rodriques stopped Plaintiff on the street. When the plaintiff questioned why he was being stopped, the defendant officers had punched him in the face, causing him to fall to the ground, where officers repeatedly kicked plaintiff on his back and struck him in the head with a baton, radio, or other hard object. The defendant officers transported him to the 47th precinct where he was imprisoned within a cell until the defendant officers summoned an ambulance to take him to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a lacerated lower lip, contusions, and swelling to his face and jaw. Plaintiff also began to complain of headaches. Plaintiff was then taken to Central Booking where a Department of Corrections employee had assaulted and battered the plaintiff. This officer slammed the plaintiff to the ground and punched him in the head, ribs, back, and legs.
