Plaintiff sustained injuries requiring medical attention and his motorcycle was destroyed. Defendant issued plaintiff two traffic tickets. Cheng filled out false police reports and provided them to the traffic court. Cheng gave false information regarding facts of plaintiffs' tickets to the traffic court, specifically disobeying traffic control devices and making an improper right turn. Plaintiff spent fifteen months making court appearances.
