Defendant officers took Plaintiff, in handcuffs, to the 88th precinct, where she was detained in a filthy cell for many hours before being transported to Central Booking. Defendant officers provided false information to the KCDA stating that Plaintiff was in possession of drugs and weapon. After about 24 hours in custody, Plaintiff was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.
