Plaintiff's supervisor informed Plaintiff that someone had beaten up another employee of En-Express. The supervisor called the police, and approximately 15 police officers arrived at En-Express. Plaintiff's supervisor directed the police officers to seize and arrest Plaintiff, because he suspected that plaintiff had committed the alleged crime. Defendants Police Officer Ronald Robinson and 14 John/Jane Doe police officers unreasonably relied on advice, insufficient information, and malicious direction of Plaintiff's supervisor. Plaintiff repeatedly objected to arrest and insisted he was not aware of the alleged crime, but the police officers laid hands upon him, arrested him, placed handcuffs tightly upon his wrists causing severe discomfort, and forcibly removed him from his place of work, transporting him to the 114th precinct in an NYPD vehicle before interrogating him twice and detaining him for approximately 12 hours. \n\nThe police officers took Plaintiff into another cell for approximately 24 hours and compelled him to appear in court, knowingly, intentionally, and maliciously fabricating and filing several false felony crime charges of robbery against Plaintiff. Because of these fabricated and false charges, the court set a high bail amount and Plaintiff could not secure his release. Plaintiff was transported to the Vernon C. Bain Correctional Center, where three corrections officers forcibly and maliciously removed his jacket and left him shivering in the cold. When Plaintiff asked for his jacket back, the corrections officers assaulted plaintiff by twisting his left hand and arm backwards and pushing his face into a wall. Plaintiff's left hand and shoulder were injured, leaving him in significant pain for over a week.\n\nTwo other corrections officers handcuffed and locked Plaintiff in a room for ten hours without food or drink and exposed him to the cold where he suffered exhaustion and pain as a result of being cuffed and so deprived. Plaintiff was confined for four months without any court appearances before transfer to Rikers Island Detention Center, where was assaulted repeatedly by other inmates, suffering concussions and severe pains requiring medical attention. Plaintiff had to make court appearances on several occasions based on the false charges against him. After five months in Rikers, Plaintiff was able to pay bail and released. After several months of malicious prosecution, the robbery felony charges against Plaintiff were terminated in his favor.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=Q2hTocDeOVbsc3C3_PLUS_KmtZw==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"payroll":{"salary":"119248","regular":"114481","overtime":"62436","other":"21885","total":"198801"},"id":"FSDK","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/FSDK"}
