Plaintiff was then transported to Bronx Central Booking. After approximately 24 hours, plaintiff was arraigned, and bail was set at $15,000. Because Plaintiff was unable to post bail, he was remanded to the custody of Department of Corrections and transported to the Vernan Bain Center. On or about August 22, 2013, Plaintiff was able to post bail and was released.
