O’Callaghan did not call them. A witness to the incident provided pictures of the cab and driver who had attacked O’Callaghan. Patrolman Guzik stated the driver would be easy to find. FDNY arrived and administered first aid to O’Callaghan. Detective Brian O’Leary was assigned to the case, and over text message stated that they had found the driver who admitted to the crime, but no arrests were made. O’Callaghan tried several times to pursue arrest but received no help from several people who contacted., including Detective Burke and Sergeant Fox. O’Callaghan states this stonewalling is an intentional cover up to protect New York City cab drivers who assault Uber drivers, like O’Callaghan, per the Mayor’s orders. O’Callaghan describes this as additionally racially motivated.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.453699/gov.uscourts.nysd.453699.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/5589345/o-callaghan-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"id":"FUZM","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/FUZM"}
