According to an undercover NYPD officer, Plaintiff participated in a sale of cocaine to that officer on June 30, 2010. 24 days later, on July 24, 2010, that undercover officer saw Plaintiff in the street and called in his arrest. The arresting officer, NYPD Detective Dimitrio Roidis, incorrectly wrote Plaintiff's home address for the location of the alleged drug sale. Despite the lack of any corroborating evidence to the testimony of the undercover officer, Plaintiff was indicted for criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal facilitation.
