Plaintiff heard cries for assistance and request by people for her to come help. Plaintiff observed a young man being arrested, being dragged aggressively across the ground. Plaintiff walked away from the crowd to ask a police officer why the man was being arrested, but while standing their with her bike, Officer Ruggierio violently pushed Plaintiff to the ground with baton in hand.
