At the precinct, Defendant Demitrakakis prepared an arrest report stating that Defendant Schilling had observed cocaine on the floor of the vehicle. Defendants Demitrakakis and Schilling cooperated in providing false information to the District Attorney's Office. The Plaintiff was released following his arraignment.
