Defendant Roschbach pushed Plaintiff several times, ultimately into a fence, while Defendant Officers  Thomas Alessi, Michael Martinson and Kendra McFadden watched.  Without cause, Defendant Roschbach and others violently twisted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back, injuring him, and causing his girlfriend to intervene.   The officers illegally searched the Plaintiff’s backpack while questioning him for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. Bystanders and a video recording supported the Plaintiff’s contention that he was simply standing there.  After learning the Plaintiff had two warrant for misdemeanors, the plaintiff was cuffed and taken to the 123rd Precinct.   The officers denied Plaintiff’s request for medical attention. The Plaintiff was arraigned and released, and eventually all charges were dismissed.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.342501/gov.uscourts.nyed.342501.20.0.pdf","type":"complaint"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/5378188-Labidou-v-The-City-of-New-York"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/13049550/labidou-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"id":"FZW7","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/FZW7"}
