Suddenly without warning, a defendant officer grabbed Plaintiff from behind, violently pushed her head and neck in a downward direction, causing severe pain, then punched her the face. Defendants left the scene, and Plaintiff, injured and in pain, went to Wykoff Heights Medical Center for treatment. At the Hospital, defendants appeared, and without probable cause, arrested Plaintiff and brought her to the 83rd Precinct. Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking. \nOn July 23, 2012, Plaintiff was arraigned in Kings County Criminal Court and released on her own recognizance after about 36 hours in custody. Upon release, Plaintiff still in pain, returned to Wykoff Hospital for further treatment.
