Defendants then violently shoved plaintiff Miller’s stomach while she was pregnant, requiring her to be transported to a hospital via ambulance, where she was treated for ca. 6 hours, during which time she was handcuffed to a gurney. She was then transported to a precinct by defendants Rosa, Rodriguez, Vega, Villavizar and Does 1-10, which engaged in the fabrication of evidence and forwarded false claims to prosecutors so that plaintiff Miller would be criminally prosecuted.
