Plaintiff walked through the turnstile to the platform when he was ordered by PO Johnny Cardenas to return through the gate and exit the subway station. PO Cardenas asked for Plaintiff's identification which was provided to him. Plaintiff informed the officers that he had dutifully paid the fair and was going to his mother's house. PO Cardenas, PO Jasim Uddin and PO Murray of the NYPD then slammed Plaintiff against the wall. Plaintiff was told to put his hands behind his back but instead he questioned why he was being detained. Officers then slammed Plaintiff to the ground and one of the officers used his taser to tase Plaintiff three times. Plaintiff was then taken to Transit District 32 where he remained for an hour before being taken to King's County Hospital where he had an EKG. Plaintiff was then transported back to Transit District 32 where he was detained for 7 to 8 more hours until being brought to Transit District 34.
