Plaintiff handed over identification and explained to Defendants that he did not speak to customers. Plaintiff has been subjected to threats of deportation and false arrests in the past and decided to take it to court. Defendants never showed for Trial. Plaintiff 2: KANE On July 6, 2013 Plaintiff was in the area of Canal street in Downtown NY, assisting vendors place their products for sale. Without any provocation, John Does approached him, threw him against the wall, and yanked his hands behind his back. Plaintiff was taken to the 1st precinct and was charged for selling merchandise without a vendors license. False Arrest charges were dismissed. Plaintiff 3: DRAMMEH On April 17, 2013 Plaintiff went to Canal street to visit friends who assisted licensed vendors. Around 5:00 PM before even making it to his Uncle and friends, defendants Shapiro and Habermehl approached him with weapons out and told him not to move or \"we'll blow your brains out\". Defendants Shapiro and Habermehl put plaintiff in handcuffs and dragged him to the car by pulling his handcuffs over plaintiff's head. Plaintiff was taken to the 1st precinct. When Plaintiff asked to speak with a supervisor, Defendant Lino pointed a taser at plaintiff and told him to \"shut the fuck up\". He was given a ticket for disorderly conduct and appeared in court 7 times before the case was dismissed. Plaintiff 4: DIAWARA On March 4, 2014 Plaintiff was working as a vendor assistant when Defendant Faranda grabbed plaintiff by his neck,  threw him on the ground and arrested him for selling without a vendors license.
