Defendant officers handcuffed Plaintiff while she was on the ground and then threw her into the patrol car. Despite Plaintiff’s pleas for information, none of her assailants told her what she was being arrested for. Plaintiff was transported to the 41st Precinct where she asked Defendant Officers if she could receive medical attention because she was in pain, but was told it would halt the arrest process and she would be detained longer; Plaintiff did not receive medical treatment. Plaintiff continued to ask why she was arrested, but Defendant Officers instructed her to stop talking. Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking and remained there for approximately 20 hours, where she again requested medical treatment but was told the same thing as before. After being released, Plaintiff went to the Hospital for treatment, where she was given pain medication. After weeks of persisting pain, Plaintiff learned she had a bulging disc and a torn ligament on her lower cervical spine. Plaintiff started physical therapy because of the assault. Plaintiff lost her job because of the assault. Defendants began repetitively kicking and punching Plaintiff throughout his entire body that caused him to be transported to Lincoln Hospital due to injuries. Plaintiff was then caused to be forcibly removed against his will by defendants to the 41st Precinct. No charges were filled. Arrest not processed.
