Police Officers John (with glasses) along with Police Officer Louis Martinez and Sergeant Kevin Hannah aggressively punched plaintiff in the head and face and used his knee to strike her back area. After the first handcuff incident, police officers placed pink handcuffs too tightly on Plaintiff and got handcuff key stuck. EMS could not get the key out or the handcuffs off and had to use a blow torch to burn off the handcuffs and a drill to remove the handcuffs from Plaintiff's arm.
