Without legal justification, the NYPD officers and detective stopped the plaintiff, arrested him, threw him against the windshield and door of an NYPD vehicle, placed him in a headlock, and jumped on him.  They then transported the plaintiff to a police facility, where the plaintiff remained in custody over the course of two days.  \n\nThe NYPD officers also caused the plaintiff to be charged with various crimes.
