Near East 136th street the defendants Dermoth Shea Commissioner of New York, Terence Monahan Chief of Department, New York Police and Chief assistant Kenneth Lehr Commander of Patrol Borough Bronx, ordered and authorized the encircling and trapping of  protestors, including plaintiff. Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by one of the Doe defendants and cuffed with tight zip-ties that left bruises on her wrists. Plaintiff was brought to stand in line  for hours to board the transport vehicle and was searched. Plaintiff was transported to Queen’s Central Booking and locked in a holding cell. Upon arrival at Central Booking plaintiff did not enter immediately but waited outside for four hours. During that time the zip-ties were removed and replaced with metal handcuffs. PO Katherine Tejeda was plaintiff's arresting officer and filed false complaints against plaintiff based on information provided by PO John and  Jane Does 1-2. Plaintiff was released with a Desk Appearance Ticket signed by Sergeant Scott Haldeman on the morning of June 5, 2020. Plaintiff was charged with Unlawful Assembly.
