Defendant Delarosa then punched plaintiff in the face while plaintiff was immobile and handcuffed on\nthe ground. Defendants Delarosa, Caraballo, Zahid, and Bhatt continued to assault plaintiff until plaintiff was rendered unconscious. \n\nDefendants then had plaintiff transported to Kings County Hospital. Plaintiff was x-rayed at the hospital, informed that his injuries included a concussion, and treated for his injuries. Plaintiff was then escorted to a local precinct. Plaintiff was then transported to Kings County Central Bookings and held there.\n\nDue to the false statements of Defendant Officers, plaintiff was falsely charged with numerous crimes, and was then released from custody on November 30, 2021. Defendant suffered vision loss for several weeks and had to seek medical treatment.
