Officer Gordon became threatening toward plaintiff, who is a middle-aged woman with health issues, and when she asked to speak with his supervisor, he shoved her against a wall and handcuffed her, aggravating her existing rib fracture. Gordon then dragged her down two flights of stairs. She was then thrown agasinst the police vehicle, handcuffed from behind excessively tightly, and placed into a police van.\nOfficer Gordon then falsely charged plaintiff with assaulting him and obtained false testimony from her sister to back up his claims. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and then to central booking and arraigned. The reckless manner in which Plaintiff was transported caused him to be thrown about the vehicle, resulting in painful compression to the nerves in his wrists. Plaintiff repeatedly complained of the pain from the tight handcuffs but they were not loosened.
