The Defendants wlaked back to their vehicle and soon six more NYPD cruisers arrived on the scene. Defedant Officer Walter got on his loudspeaker and ordered Plaintiff and his fiancee to put their hands out of the window. He then ordered Plaintiff to step out of the vehicle and told the otehr officers that Plaintiff had a gun. The officers all drew their weapons and pointed them at the Plaintiff, Defendant Officer Walter yelled for him to lie face down, and then roughly frisked and searched him, removing Plaintiff's gun, two folding knives and DHS handcuffs. Plaintiff was then handcuffed. At that time, another police car arrived carrying a Sergeant Mole. Sergeant Mole ordered the Defendants and other officers to stand Plaintiff up.
