They subjected him to handcuffing and seized his credit card, allowing the restaurant to charge $250 without his consent. Despite the Plaintiff's repeated requests for assistance in reclaiming his belongings, none of the defendant officers provided any help. After being transported to the precinct, he was wrongfully charged with Disorderly Conduct. Upon his release, when he returned to the precinct to file a complaint against the precinct, defendant officers, including Officer Michael Williams, used physical force, including punching and tackling, to push him out of the precinct causing him injury. Consequently, he was arrested and unlawfully charged again.
