As plaintiff was about to paralell park the car, an individual yelled at the plaintiff to park. Plaintiff decided to have her friend, who was with her, part the car, as plaintiff was running late for her appointment at the hair salon. The individual who yelled at the plaintiff, who was a police officer, screamed again, and thereafter defendant police officers Ellines Jimenez and Angel Gonzalez, in plains clothes, jumped out of their car and ran full speed at plaintiff who was standing on the sidewalk. Defendants did not identify themselves as police officers. \n\nThe defendants grabbed plaintiff's arms and interlocked them with their arms, and forcibly slammed plaintiff onto the trunk of her car causing plaintiff to suffer serious physical injuries, including but not limited to both of her shoulders. NYPD Officers John Does #1-4, who were also at the scene, failed to intervene to prevent the unlawful detention, assault, and battery of plaintiff. Plaintiff was handcuffed and transported to the 46th precinct against her will, where she was refused medical attention.
