As Plaintiff exited he was stuck in the face, thrown to the ground and violently and repeatedly kicked, alarming the children.  After the children were taken to the precinct, the officers illegally searched without consent Plaintiff and his car, but found no contraband.  The officers filed false papers claiming Plaintiff was selling narcotics.  The officers arranged for the car to be vouchered for forfeiture.  Plaintiff was treated at a hospital for a fractured jaw and orbital fracture.  Plaintiff was later charged with resisting arrest and other charges.
