Though the search yielded no contraband, the officers arrested Plaintiff and illegally interrogated her in violation of her Miranda Rights. While arresting Plaintiff, the officers grabbed her body and extremities before violently contorting her arms behind her back and affixing handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Plaintiff's request to have the handcuffs loosened were ignored; rather, the officers sadistically and intentionally squeezed the handcuffs into Plaintiff's wrists to inflict pain. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and subjected to illegal strip searches with attendant cavity inspections, and illegally interrogated in violation of Miranda.
