Specifically, plaintiff was forced to take off all of his clothes and shake each\npiece of clothing out. After several hours in unlawful custody, plaintiff was transported from the 75th Precinct to Brooklyn County Central Booking. \n\nThe defendants provided the District Attorney’s Office with false information about the facts that allegedly led them to believe that plaintiff committed a crime. Based upon the false information provided to the District Attorney’s Office by the defendant police officers, a prosecution was initiated against plaintiff. On July 6, 2018, at approximately 3:00 pm, after being unlawfully detained for approximately 40 hours, plaintiff was arraigned. Plaintiff was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, amongst other charges.
