Plaintiff claims that Det. Castillo's brothers sold drugs out of the home and that Christian Diaz would often kill birds and place them on Plaintiff's car. Plaintiff's home security camera system then caught Oscar on multiple occasions creeping around Plaintiff's house and looking in her windows. When Oscar began appearing at her daughter's school, Plaintiff decided to file her complaint. However, during her January 25th conversation with PAA's CONDOLUCCI and SAINI at the 107th Precinct, as soon as Plaintiff mentioned that the events were precipitated by alleged drug dealing out of a house occupied by an NYPD detective, the interview was cut short by two unidentified high-ranking NYPD officers (JOHN DOES 1-2) who promptly ordered everyone out of the interview room and then refused to take Plaintiff's report. Thereafter, NYPD marked and unmarked cars began to follow and tailgate Plaintiff's vehicle on a daily basis, blow there sirens in front of her home, and uniformed and plain clothes officers followed Plaintiff into the pharmacy, a car dealership, and her daughter's school and tutoring program. Despite reporting this conduct to Defendants IAB INVESTIGATORS CRUZ, and BEAUVOR, Officer WONG (#24867), IAB SGT. KYRIANNIS, and Officer CORNIER, no investigation or remedial measures were taken.
