Plaintiff was nevertheless arrested and handcuffed before transported to the 75th Precinct, where she was fingerprinted and placed in holding cell at the precinct for 12 hours. On July 20, 2016, plaintiff was transported to Brooklyn County Central Booking. Plaintiff alleges that the defendants intentionally provided the DA office with false, misleading or incomplete information, including a false statement that marijuana was found on defendant. On July 21, 2016, Plaintiff was arraigned in Kings County Criminal Court and charged with crimes after 27 hours in custody. \nOn July 20, 2017, all charges against defendant were dismissed and sealed in their entirety. Plaintiff missed a job interview due to the false arrest and imprisonment and suffered damages to her apartment.
