Plaintiff's son then went inside and Defendant officers demanded Plaintiff open the door to her home and let them inside, or they would break the door down themselves. Plaintiff refused and the defendant officers told plaintiff that someone was getting arrested tonight. Immediately thereafter defendant officers violently grabbed the plaintiff and forcefully threw her against their vehicle, handcuffing her. As a result Plaintiff suffered numerous injuries to her neck, forearm, hip, and back. Additionally, while being handcuffed Plaintiff's breast was exposed to neighbors and other officers on the scene. While at the precinct Plaintiff was denied a change of clothes. She sat in a cell for many hours in her pajamas until finally arraigned.
