It was at this point Mr. Toledo was unlawfully arrested and handcuffed with metal handcuffs. Mr. Toledo was then transported to the 50th Precinct in an NYPD vehicle where he was held in a holding cell. Thereafter, Mr. Toledo was taken to Bronx County Central Booking where the defendant officers provided the District Attorney's Office with false, misleading and/or incomplete information that Mr. toledo committed a crime. On September 8, 2022, Mr. Toledo was arraigned and charged with crimes he did not commit.
