Maroni approached Plaintiff's friend, while Collafluri approached Plaintiff. Defendant Officers ordered both Plaintiff and his friend to get off their bikes. Collafluri searched Plaintiff, during which he forcefully grabbed Plaintiff's left arm and twisted it behind the Plaintiff's back. Defendant Officers shoved Plaintiff face-first against the hood of a car. Collafluri placed Plaintiff in a choke hold, while Maroni punched Plaintiff in the stomach three times, causing the Plaintiff to lose his wind. Collafluri handcuffed Plaintiff's hands behind his back, causing Plaintiff to experience numbness to his right wrist. Plaintiff was transported to the 106th Precinct. Plaintiff was searched at the precinct and transported to Central Booking. Plaintiff was released from police custody after twenty four hours. The next day Plaintiff received medical treatment at a local area hospital. Plaintiff continued to experience numbness to his right wrist for three months after the subject incident.
