Plaintiffs gathered personal belongings of plaintiff White from defendant Pellegrino, when he approached plaintiffs and started threatening them to use his taser against plaintiff White.  Plaintiff William began recording the interaction.  Defendant Pellegrino then ordered defendant Cazares to unlawfully arrest both plaintiffs.  Plaintiffs were then arrested and handcuffed by the defendants.  Plaintiffs were then searched, fingerprinted, photographed and detained in a holding cell.  The defendants provided the DA's office with false information that plaintiffs had committed a crime.
