While handcuffed, officers asked plaintiff if the allegations were true and he denied them. He was cuffed and held for two hours with his chest to a fence while officers questioned the alleged victims, who also denied the allegations. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal trespass. He was detained for over 72 hours in booking. Plaintiff was indicted and stood trial, where he was convicted.
