The defendants then illegally grabbed plaintiff's phone and pushed her to the ground. She was then tackled by another officer and handcuffed. The defendants then proceeded to slam the plaintiff's face against the concrete, drag her by her belt to the police vehicle, and then threw her headfirst into the car causing her more injuries. She was transported to the 52nd Precinct and the defendants provided the District Attorney with false information.
