The officer tried to give the Plaintiff money, to which the Plaintiff refused to accept. 10 minutes later, a group of POs entered the restaurant and arrested the Plaintiff. The undercover PO falsely claimed the Plaintiff sold cocaine to him in exchange for $40. At the 72nd Precinct, PO Rodriguez searched the Plaintiff and found only a small amount of cocaine and money (none that included the $40 the undercover PO claimed he paid). Then Sgt. Gatto authorized Det. Greiner and Det. Morales to perform a strip search of the Plaintiff. They made him squat and cough while completely naked. The Plaintiff had nothing hidden on his body. Regardless, the Plaintiff was charged with the selling of cocaine, based on fabricated information provided by the Defendants. Her friend was being arrested and her car was being searched by the following NYPD officers: Oghenevi Okrokoto, Joey Morales, Andrea Simmonds, Luke Denesopolis, Michael Civil. The Plaintiff inquired into the reason of her friends arrest and the reason her car was being searched. She was told to \"get back\" and complied. When she asked what was going on again two officers grabbed her, repeatedly slammed her head and chest onto the vehicle, struck her in the back of the head and placed \"severely over tight\" handcuffs on her wrists. The Plaintiff was then held in a police vehicle for three hours while Defendant Officers Okrokoto and Civil drove around Brooklyn. Her handcuffs remained very tight. She was then handcuffed to a bench at the precinct for six (6) hours before being transported to central booking. Based on false allegations made by Defendants Okrokoto and Morales, the Plaintiff was charged and criminal prosecution proceedings commenced. A further ten (10) unidentified NYPD Officers  either participated in or failed to intervene in the abusive conduct of the Plaintiff. The prosecution was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal at the Plaintiff's arraignment on July 11, 2012.
