These observations were false and led Plaintiff to be falsely arrested, illegally searched and seized. Plaintiff was thereafter held in custody over the course of two (2) days or approximately twenty-four (24) hours until he was released. Officers Plaintiff made multiple court appearances to defend his liberty against these unjust charges.
